HASH(0x93dbe93c) out of 5 stars brilliant, with a touch of engineering-bling to boot 10 Aug. 2014

Small, brilliant, with a touch of engineering-bling to boot.
The multi-colored LED fuel-gauge on the side is beautiful and useful.

UPDATE: After half a year of heavy use, my light died. I opened it up and found the lithium battery had expanded and was oozing. An email to the helpful staff at Lezyne resulted in a replacment being quickly sent my way. Even though such an episode is certainly rare, it is great to know that Lezyne stands behind their product.

HASH(0x93dbeb64) out of 5 stars Really nice light 29 Mar. 2014

This is a really nice light. Very bright. Well made. Works well clipped to the back of a saddle bag which most don't. I use as a back up for my front light and as a tail light when I ride alone. I originally bought as a tail light not realizing it was white. I plan on buying the red one for my tail light but it's brightness rating is less than the white one. The white light might be too bright as a taillight when riding with others but very effective when riding alone which is why I bought it in the first place.

HASH(0x93dbedc8) out of 5 stars Small, bright, useful 2 Oct. 2015

So first and foremost, this is NOT going to be a first-line light for trail riding at night. It is however a great light for making yourself seen by cars and I'd have no problems using it as a headlight on the road. It's actually pretty bright on high and might be a decent helmet mounted headlight in a pinch, my primary reservation there would be about battery life. Anyway, it's small enough to be transported in or on a backpack or pocket (say once you lock your bike up) but bright enough to be useful. The rubber strap mount is fine, the clip is solid and defoe being plastic the whole thing feels well-engineered and solid. I really like the one-constant-while-the-other-two-flash mode, as lights that only flash can make it hard for drivers to gauge distance and lights that are only constant can go unnoticed. So this solves both potential problems.

HASH(0x93dbeee8) out of 5 stars Great Little White Light 20 Sept. 2014

Great little white light. I really like the USB charge feature. No batteries, just plug into your computer or any USB connection with power. Also the several light modes are cool. I like the strobe setting for both day and night use. The strobe really stands out from the background and other lights, making your bike really noticeable. This light seems to be both well made and rugged enough for cycling use. The only thing that the buyer should consider is that this is a small LED light, so it's not as bright as it's larger cousins. It does OK in a pinch as a headlight, but if you're looking to illuminate the road, you should look elsewhere. If you want a light that makes you more noticeable to oncoming traffic then this one's a gem.

HASH(0x93dbef78) out of 5 stars Good light. Compact. Well designed. Bright. Battery life OK, but would prefer longer life. 6 Aug. 2014

Nice light. Pretty bright. Good range of flashing options and brightness. Holds well to handle bars. Compact, so great for putting in a backpack for emergency ride home after work / school. Well priced. On the brightest setting, however, its charge is relatively short - just a few hours run time. I use it mostly as a strobe for daytime riding, so need to charge it after every second ride or so, approx. 3 - 4 hours, as I use in brightest mode.

The design on the charger port is pretty bad - it's hard to know which way to insert the connector, as it's not marked and quite small. Good purchase for $30, but a longer battery life would certainly be worth upgrading to.
