About the Author
Levi Roots is a Reggae musician, chef and entrepreneur. He has performed with James Brown and Maxi Priest and was nominated for a MOBO award in 1998. He gained widespread fame after appearing on the UK television programme Dragons' Den looking for funding for his "Reggae Reggae Sauce". He now creates delicious West Indian recipes in the kitchen of his South London restaurant.

I've only given three stars because I purchased as a kindle download and found there are no images as in the physical book! For a price almost as expensive as a physical book I would have liked some images!
If you know what the final dish should look like then this will be OK - but if not then I suggest the physical version !
