This is such a dramatic book I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting. I loved the unpredictable characters and really felt for the poor little girl stuck in the middle. How Mia and her family survived I will never know. I've just seen that there is a third. Book to come and will definitely read it

The nice thing about this book is the size. It's ideal for a handbag.

I read both Cathy Glass and Casey Watson and felt this book didn't come anywhere near them, even though a review somewhere said that if you liked their books you'd love this one. How wrong.

Mia certainly has a lot of time to do all the family things and be a foster carer as well.

The only thing going for this book was the fact that it filled a morning in as it was raining and I couldn't go out.

I gave this 5 stars as I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Would have loved it to have lasted longer though.. If you like Cathy Glass, Casey Watson you will like this book.

Another great story We learn from our parents and sadly when children are brought up in a certain way . They know no different and history repeats itself over and over again. Luckily for Amy after many years eventually she got it right and began a new life with her new partner who loved her dearly and India too.
