The book would really benefit from some case studies that the author's company has built, or even examples of contemporary mobile applications that would be useful in mlearning. The 'ipsum lorem' mockups and illustrations are great in theory but offer no proof that they would work in the real tech world. It seems like the author's company would have some great customer stories to share but alas none are included.
Overall the writing style is a bit rambling at times and the author struggles to make backstory and forward-thinking guidance into cohesive sections within certain chapters. Occasionally I would flip the page and continue reading only to look back to ensure that I hadn't skipped a page - it was that disjointed at times. I'm going to try Clark Quinn's book next and see if it offers more substance for my situation.
