Been running it for a month and pump is already broken.
Edit : 22/08/18 Finally got pump packaged up to be sent back for repair. Was speaking to the courier who picked it up, and he said they are getting many returns of the pumps, a good amount of them apparently giving off smoke.
I’ve had this product since March 2017,although we absolutelylove it,we are very disappointed to notice that the internal seem has come away in places. We have to constantly pump it up and feel it should last longer than a year or so.
Absolutely fantastic!!!! Originally we were going to buy a permanent hot tub. But I always like to jet wash my patio during winter, so it couldn't go on there. Looking at prices and adding in the cost of creating a new area for it to sit, it got a little expensive. We weren't quite sure if we would get the use out of it or if it would be a 'one summer wonder'. I found this inflatable hot tub, and thought it would be great during the summer (on current patio), then take down during winter so I could wash the patio. Our original thoughts were that if we used it regularly then we would in a few years invest in a permanent hot tub. Well, how things change!!!! We love it so much that we would not buy a permanent hot tub. This one enables the children to move about, float on their backs and generally have a great time. It is fantastic. I am so pleased with my purchase, even my sceptical husband loves it. It was easy to assemble and inflate. The highest temperature is definitely hot enough. The bubbles are great. Definitely our best buy!!
I previously had a Vegas which was fantastic until it was punctured I absolutelyloved the Vegas and myself, my wife and Children spent all last summer and Autumn in it, the pool was punctured and this was Impossible to fix even when using the supplied patches and many other products. First impressions are really good, the water capacity is almost double the Vegas at 1500 litres for the same area used,(this is due to the thin but strong walls). The material seems to be very strong and the pump is in my opinion a better design than the Vegas. The Monaco will easily fit my family of six into it(its that big). Like the Vegas the pool will heat up to 40 degrees with is great for Autumn but hot summers may mean a better temperature would be around 38. The pool takes about two hours to fill and not the 12 hours to heat its taken 24 hrs so far to get from 11 to 28 degrees, so it takes some time. So far ive noticed a few little leaks but as other reviewers have said a little PTFE tape and that's sorted. I noticed my fuel prices increase by about 20 pounds per month with the Vegas so I am expecting about 35 pound per month with the Monaco but for the benefits that you get, health wise it is so worth it. If yo can afford the 500 pound price tag I would get a Monaco if not then another Spa in the Laz-y range would be just as good.
