Laura Wilson is a nutritionist and natural health coach and an ultra-marathon runner. She is owner and founder of www.LauraWilsonOnline.com Alkaline Diet Health Tips, which she set up in 2008 to help people to heal disease, lose weight and gain optimum health and energy. Since then, over 15,000 people worldwide have downloaded her alkaline diet recipe book and read her newsletters.
Going from overweight, unhealthy, tired smoker whilst as a student in her 20s to lean, super-fit and vibrant ultra-marathoner in her mid-30s, Laura has researched nutrition and health for over 15 years and truly knows the simple secrets to achieving great health and energy, no matter what the starting point.
She is a former Medical Research Manager for the UK's health organisation, is a Registered Nutritionist and a qualified advanced gym and dance instructor. She is also organiser of and lead speaker at the Natural Health & Vitality Conference.
