Last to know is book #1 in the willow creek series.

I loved this book I mean there’s a fricking hedgehog!!!

Emma and Maddox are absolutely adorable !! Young love is so lovely and Emma and Maddox make summer love just warm and fuzzy.

I grinned the entire time I was reading this book. Everything about it was just so cute!!!

If your looking for dark and brooding this isn’t the book for you. This story is freshfaced and exudes the innocence of youth.

Emma is a young 17yr old she’s incredibly innocent and I’d say even slightly sheltered. There’s nothing not to like about Emma she’s instantly relatable and endearing.

Maddox is the ultimate cheeky chappy. He treats Emma like a princess from the moment he meets her. I love that they do silly things together like ice cream fights and filling a swimming pool with plastic balls and jumping in.

This story is lighthearted and sweet, yet it’s still a love story. This couple may be young but I felt their connection and they definately had chemistry.

This book is YA but it’s reminded me that there doesn’t have to be loads of sex for there to be real intimacy.

I loved the rest of Willow Creek Mathias, Ezra and Hayes are all unique characters and they take Emma under their wings and make her feel like family.

I can’t wait for Mathias and Remy’s book that’s going straight on my TBR

This book will make you smile, it will make you laugh and I loved it!!

Last to know gets 4.5 stars from me!!!

Oh why oh why did it have to end? I am a massive fan of this author, so I knew when this book was released, I had to have it. I love how innocent but quirky Emma is and I love how confident but caring Maddox is. I love the dynamic of their relationship and even though he wasn't completely honest with her, it wasn't in a way where you hated him. You knew why he did what he did and you just couldn't hate him for it. I also loved the relationship with Emma and her mother. In so many books that you read nowadays there's always some sort of parent issue, and whilst that's sort of the case in this book, I loved how Emma and her Mother worked. I loved how this 17 year old girl wanted to talk to her mother about the boy she met. As a teenager, I never wanted to tell my mother anything because I was embarrassed or didn't think it was cool. I love how this book just completely throws that out of the window. I can't say anything else other than, how long until book 2?

Really really liked this book. The story was so well written and I was hooked from the start. Not your average young adult love story. This was a well thought out and had some lovely moments written into it, some sad, some funny and well I have to mention Sonic and I refuse to give spoilers on him. Suffice to say I Definitely and positively recommend this book and I have preordered the next book. 1 click now you will not be disappointed

This is the perfect start to a addictive new series by a new author to me, it literally had my heart melting i loved it, a completely fresh and addictive read that had me up to the early hours devouring every last page. Once in a while you come across that book that just pulls you in until you feel like your right there living every emotion filled page with them. Emma is that sweet shy book worm who falls for the sexy but sweet Maddox. There was a lot of ups and downs between them just like any relationship, and a lot of laugh out loud moments that I loved. I could feel the chemistry simmering throughout between these to and I couldn't wait to see where it went next.
I also loved the cover, infact that's what first attracted me to this book. I cant wait for the rest of the series to get my next Willow Creek fix. 5* highly recommended read.

Loved characters & storyline ! Maddox wade & emma burke meeting was fate, embark on unforgettable summer of adventures & first love, everything is perfect or so emma thinks.things she doesn't know when she finds out truth might shatter everything she's built with Maddox.no one said love was easy, for emma & Maddox might be impossible, can you forgive person u trusted ? once trust is broken what's left ? Can forgive & forget ? Can they still have a future ? Can't wait for mathias book !

If the author had made the characters a bit older and less naive about things no one is anymore today- I would have liked this book more.
It always threw me that Emma was 17. It explained her innocence, immaturity, lack of worldliness, but just it didn't quite fit.
Overall, the story was decent. Both characters lacked any edge at all to them which would have added some depth.
Looking forward to Mathius and Remy's story.

I would have given this 5 stars if the ending wasnt so rushed, I felt as if it could have been covered more and more depth could have been added to it. I would love to see what happens next for these 2 characters but from what i gather the next book is not about them (doubt ill buy it) The writer did well with the story line and how enjoyable it is over all. Its definitely worth the read and a great affordable price. Well done x
