Product Description

Synopsis

Anton Myrer's beloved novel of America's post-World War II generation is as powerful now as it was upon its publication quarter century ago. It tells the story of five Harvard educated men and the women they loved - and the elegant car that came to symbolise their romantic youth. It is also the story of their coming-of-age in the dark days of World War 11, and of their unshakable loyalty to a lost dream in the decades that followed. Filled with nostalgia and history, The Last Convertible is a gripping tribute to a way of living, thinking, and dreaming that has all but disappeared. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Format: Mass Market Paperback
I must have read this book about 5 times already in both Czech and English version. It's brilliant about how important friendship is and you read it from cover to cover and cannot get away from it. I even cried at some parts! I would absolutely recommend for anybody.
