It started reasonably okay but was just unbelievable IMO, its an American Christian view of the last days, over-inflated hype

HASH(0x99f28c9c) out of 5 stars The last Aliyah 10 Nov. 2012

A wonderful telling of the beginning of the end of days. As a Christian reading about the Jewish Aliyah was hard at first, yet it is such a wonderful story with such balanced views that I was fully enthralled.
Ruth's journey and strife as she leaves her Jewish heritage for the call oh Yeshua was moving.
This very relevant story shows a very real near future.

HASH(0x9a6d5bdc) out of 5 stars End-time thriller from the Jewish perspective 21 Sept. 2012
By David Bergsland - Published on Amazon.com

I'm still finishing the third book in this trilogy, but it has been a real joy to look at the end times from the perspective of Israel and the Jewish people. I suspect it is more literal and obvious than it will be in reality, but for all of that it's a compelling read.

HASH(0x9987e6fc) out of 5 stars Captivating 16 April 2011
By AuntieMandy - Published on Amazon.com

From the beginning of this book, I was hooked. I found the character development to be excellent and found myself empathizing with even the bad guys. I was drawn into the private meetings between high ranking officials as well as the conversations between family members and friends. My heart was racing when I read the details of the war and all events are conceivable. I always wondered what would happen to the United States. Mr. Hambleton's thoughts may be accurate. The descriptions of the Holy Land are as I remember it when I went over 20 years ago and make my heart ache for another journey.

HASH(0x99894b40) out of 5 stars Slow start but great finish! 3 Sept. 2012
By RETIRED TRUCKER - Published on Amazon.com

It started off slow for me because I had a hard time getting all the characters situated in my head so I could follow the story line. Then, it took off like a rocket and I could hardly put it down until I finished it. The end of this first book of the Trilogy leaves you 'hanging' for the next book. So I was glad that I bought all three at once.
