Would thoroughly recommend this to students studying land law. Those at the University of Nottingham will find that the book very much reflects lectures delivered by Professor Gravells, so may wish to read this book alongside others. However, this does not discredit the book in any way.

Basically just follows the lectures- which makes it pointless for anyone who turns up to all of them. I would recommend Smith or Thompson instead, as these are more engaging, an easier read, and also include things not discussed in the lectures
