Jason Hazeley is the co-writer of The Framley Examiner and the best-selling Bollocks to Alton Towers. Along with Joel Morris, he has written for a frankly stupid number of radio and TV comedy shows including Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe. He divides his time between London and the pub.

This was bought as part of a secret Santa gift for a work colleague, it seemed to be the perfect gag gift as we spend too much time in meetings to discuss meetings. She loved it!! it has some hilarious, and too often accurate, portrayals of office life. we all ahd great fun reading our favorite bits aloud - bought it wiht the hangover one - because what you need after a strategy, to organise the meeting, where you discuss what to discuss in the next meeting you need a stiff drink!!

Bought as a stocking filler for my boyfriend who works in the corporate world... he found it quite funny, but after the odd flick through hasn't touched it again! The humour is quite gentle and while there were a few chuckles, it didn't have me buckled over. Probably because I can't really understand it- my work is a tad more relaxed! Either way, its a nice book with some nice illustrations. I love the fact that it looks so serious, yet is full of satire.

For those that are subject to endless meetings about meetings for the sake of having meetings, you will find something to laugh about in this book.

A good book, but not really quite as funny as some of the other ladybird adult books. Purchased as a stocking filler type present for a young professional so well suited for this purpose.

Very entertaining: full of scenes that we all recognise from work and spend our lives there whingeing about. It's fun to see work so accurately satirised - and I love the subversion of the illustrations!

Bought for a friend who is a manager in Local Government. He was in tears of laughter! As you'd expect from the Adult Ladybird Series it takes the mickey in a lovely gentle way. I think some of the pages may well be finding their way onto the walls of meeting rooms up and down the country. If it stops all the wasted hours in meetings all to the good!
