Product Description

Just back from London, Harper picked up some new skills while she was away. But instead of taking the time to hone them, she'd rather focus on what's important. Like finding the two-bit perp who "killed" her. She's convinced he's a valuable clue in the puzzle of her past and her missing father, as well as a key to figuring out who's trying to manipulate her powers and why...

In this latest offering in Kat's Greywalker series and one that really brings a lot of events to a head. Its engaging, it brings back past characters and it definitely will keep the reader hopping (and hoping) right to the very end. Whilst it isn't the end of the series it does close a significant chapter in the principle characters life. Add to the mix emotional angst, some pretty scary truths and topped off with a none stop plot and its definitely a real joy to read. For me, whilst not the authors best, its not far off. This title really will please the reader and give them something a bit new to play with, as well as generating a tale that you won't put down once you've started.

Harper learns a lot more about herself in this sequel to the first 4 books, if you haven't read them I recommend you read them all first as the story builds up with each one.
Will she survive the challenge that only she can perform, will she have changed?
In this novel her friends are all endangered, nobody who knows her is safe.
It seemed a longer book than the previous 4, took me a long time to read it.

Bought this as i thought it was the first in a series but it isn't and the first ones are not available in e-book format, this appears to be a big oversight in trying to sell them, so after reading a single page it sits on my Kindle unread until they get their damned act together and bring the previous books to the format... one wonders if they have even thought about this problem at all.
