    This monitor has a nice bright display with shiny black surround. The only drawbacks are that only one input (VGA) and no built in speakers. This isn't too much of a big deal as most people don't use the built in speakers anyway as they are usually very poor quality. After a bit of research this seemed like a good price for a 22" HD monitor. This monitor is in PC World/Currys for £200!

    An excellent monitor for the money. After using a much smaller monitor for a number of years it is a pleasure to have this one. Not being a technical buff it was pleasing to just be able to plug it into the monitor cable and connect the power supply. The screen is clear and bright, and by my judgement presents "true" colours, particularly when viewing photographs and other graphics. Very prompt delivery and well packaged.

    just received the monitor as of yet still not experianed the 1080 beauty.. im linking it too my laptop which states it has a hdmi out. so far i have a 1 inch border around the edge, and resolution is the same as my laptop 1366 x 768.. so its vga to vga, i beleive my laptop video card parameters are not high enough to show the 1080 on the monitor, something to be aware of when ordering one of these. as not all "hdmi" output laptop computers can show 1080. hope it helps..

    I took a punt with this item. I was unsure that something as cheap could do the job I required. I was very happy that this monitor has done the business. It is great for home photo editing and once the settings have been adjusted it is very sharp, allowing me to manipulate Jpeg and RAW files for landscapes and macro shots.

    Although it does not have built in speakers this does not bother me as I have a good quality speakers system so movies and TV programs can be enjoyed also. Once I have bought the releveant cable I will be using its to connect to my xbox too.

    It also arrived promptly and with sufficient packaging.
