Goto say I'm well impressed with its picture quality absolutely stunning IMO so much better than my 4yr old 32" Samsung.
If anyone's thinking of getting this model for gaming it does the job perfectly I've been using it for battlefield & cod on the 360 & its quality, No motion blur & no control input lag..........Great buy!
Digital streaming TV is a worse picture than CRT TV, unless you want to spend close to £1000. I was prepared to pay £250, and for this price range the 26LK330U was the best picture in the shop.
I took it home and set it up very easily. Live TV is watchable, with the expected annoying pixelation around faces and hair, but the picture is realistic and believable, unlike a lot of digital TVs I've seen that look 'wrong'.
Non-live stuff like some pre-recorded programmes, DVDs or PS3 looks great.
The USB socket is really useful and the menus are easy to use.
The freeview channels are useful and easy to set up.
The sound is not great, but TVs rarely have adequate speakers. I tried to connect my sound system directly to the TV, rather than out of my cable box. Unfortunately, I cannot get the TV output jacks to produce any sound, despite my efforts. They are also loose. So for now, I'm muting the TV and listening to the cable signal audio, and watching a picture delayed by about 0.2 of a second. I'll be contacting LG about this.
In my view, it loses one star for the sound issue. But it's still the best TV I found for the price, and I'm pretty fussy, so if you are used to digital TVs I don't think you'll be disappointed with this.
