The Milano vs. The Abilisk

Get set for an epic space battle as Star-Lord and his unlikely allies take on the Abilisk, featuring the Milano spaceship with two stud shooters, bomb-drop function, movable wings and an opening four-minifigure cockpit. The Abilisk monster features moving tentacles and an opening mouth to role-play a daring rescue mission. Includes four minifigures and a Groot figure.

  • Includes four minifigures: Star-Lord, Gamora, Nebula and Drax, plus a Groot figure.
  • Features the Milano spaceship and the Abilisk.
  • The Milano features movable wings, opening cockpit with room for four minifigures and Groot figure, two stud shooters and twin bomb-drop function.
  • The Abilisk monster features moving tentacles and an opening mouth.
  • Fly Star-Lord around the Abilisk using his jetpack and retrieve the Annulax batteries.

This version of the milano is, in my opinion, superior over the previous one. It is a fun build with interesting and iconic features such as the casset tape in the cockpit. My only issue with this set is the room in the cockpit. After also buying the set with rocket racoon, i could just about fit the guardians inside (baby groot and mantis couldn't fit in too though). The orange looks alot better than the yellow on the outside, reminding me more of the film version. The abilisk is also pretty cool, with great play features.
Overall a 9/10 for me. Must get if you like guardians of the galaxy legos :)
