Sourcing 35 mm silver halide film - and the processing of it - are becoming slightly problematic due to falling demand. So it's worth buying up a stock at a good price like this. Kodak TMAX was in many ways the pinnacle of film development and incredibly it is still being made. This is a good price and worthy investment.

Bought a 5mp slide and negative scanner for my negatives, making my SLR stuff Pseudo-digital.
(Well - the quality is good enough for me) so I thought I'd try a roll of B&W film, as all I need do is get the negatives done, and no actual prints! cheeky eh! but it works. Well the pics have turned out crisp, clear, and faultless really - any mistakes being down to my setting up of the camera (1960's Pentax Spotmatic with prime lens fitted at the minute)
as far as films, It would be this stock, or AGFA stock for me.

So crisp and bold. Love the tones and contrast that T-Max produces. It's very similar to HP5 35mm by Ilford but I think I've always preferred Kodak subjectively as I've shot with it more frequently.

Haven't used it yet but another pro photographer used to use it all the time, time will tell, I normally use FP or HP

Sharp quality and little noise when the photos are developed. Good for photographers trying something different

Used this film before and would recommend to any keen 35mm film user to buy it. Good equal tones of B/W.

Very pleased with the black/white film. Very good price - and not easy to obtain on the high street.
