(disclaimer: I received this book at no cost in exchange for an honest review from Search Press Arts)
Knitting Snoods is, as you may have guessed, 20 beautiful projects that are varied in their patterns and range from easy to more advanced based on the knitters ability.
This little book is amazing. It is photographed in stunning colour and each double page project has simple and easy to follow instructions.
There is an helpful abbreviation guide and a knitting know how, full of useful information. Some knitting instruction is given, but a knowledge of basic knitting is a must for these projects.
Each snood is different, and are made using different types of yarn.
Simple and concise guides are easy to follow and they are all very pretty and impressive. These snoods will brighten up any winter coat and look stylish and on trend.
This is the pattern for the 'MINTY' snood, and is a simple pretty lace knit
The patterns range from really easy for beginners to the slightly more difficult for more advanced knitters. Patterns include stocking stitch, fair Isle, cable to lace. Some snoods are knitted on straight needles whilst some are knitted in the round on a circular needle.
Patterns range from 2ply, 4ply, DK and aran weight yarns. The book explains the difference between the different yarns andthier tension and how to sew up the end product.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone even if you're a beginner as there will be some patterns you could do and then further your skills with the other ones.
