Great Bread Book !!!
23 September 2011 - Published on Amazon.com
Just finished reading the entire book after it came today and am sooo very glad I purchased it. It is a no frills, easy to follow, good technique book that even an idiot could understand. I am so impressed with it. It should be a staple in any bakers collection, especially a beginner. There are a lot of great, simple and tasty looking recipies in there and I will be starting at the beginning and working my way through immediately. Interesting fun fact for me is that finding out that the author is a relative of my husband in the UK.

For someone new to baking, this book lays out, in simple terms, the basics of baking and how to do it right. It makes the process easy, approachable, and fun instead of intimidating. For someone with plenty of baking experience, it offers excellent recipes. I love this book and highly recommend it.
