Mi è stato prescritto dal medico poiché soffro di forti disturbi dell'umore. Non avrei immaginato che l'effetto fosse tanto grande. Ho iniziato un pò per volta , perché i primissimi gorni dà un leggero mal di testa, poi svanito. Tengo la luce facendo colazione guardando le mail, telefonando ecc... Non potrei più farne a meno, mi dà carica anche meglio dei farmaci.

Je la voulais très grande, afin de pouvoir en profiter avec mon mari , ce qui est le cas. nous avons l avantage d avoir une très grande pièce et je dois avouer qu elle rayonne sur une bonne surface, ce qui fait que même nos animaux viennent en profiter , eh oui , eux aussi ont besoin de soleil

Mir war beim Kauf einer Lichtdusche wichtig, dass diese nicht nur hell, sondern auch groß ist. Ich bin nicht der Typ, der sich 10 Minuten stocksteif und regungslos vor eine Lampe setzt. Bei mir läuft diese einige Stunden am Tag, und auch wenn ich nicht direkt ins Licht schaue merke ich an trüben Tagen einen enormen Unterschied. Hätte nie gedacht, dass eine Lichtdusche so viel ausmachen kann, bin entsprechend begeistert!

Die Lichtdusche steht gleich rechts von meinem Computerbildschirm, dank integriertem Ständer tut sie das sehr stabil. Man könnte sie auch an die Wand hängen, die Aufhängungsvorrichtung hierfür ist vorhanden.

Das Licht ist sehr hell, und sehr angenehm. Also nicht zu grell, dank der satinierten Kunststoffverkleidung.

Le produit correspond bien à la description du vendeur. En revanche c'est difficile de se trouver à moins d'1m de l'éclairage. Il faudrait que je l'installe sur mon bureau mais l'emprise de l'objet est trop importante. La luminosité est également très forte et un peu pénible à cette distance. Je le laisse allumé lorsque je déambule le matin dans ma pièce et je m'interroge sur l'efficacité de cet achat dans ces conditions d'utilisation.
