Product Description

The Kiwifotos LMA-NK(G)_M4/3 lens mount adapter is made of black anodized aluminium (camera body) and brass silver (lens mount). The adapter allows Nikon G lenses to be used on a Micro Four Thirds system camera body for great picture quality.

Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto focusing, or any other functions can not operate correctly. Use the lens in the fully manual exposure mode (M) or AV mode in auto exposure. The adapter is also equipped with a 'ON/OFF' aperture control ring for user to set the designed aperture. Focus can be infinity.

It does waht it is designed for and allows you to mount a Nikon F or G mount lens on your Micro four-thirds camera body. It looks well made and had a tight fit, so no movement to affect focusing. It has an aperture adjustment ring for G-mount lenses, which has positions marked on and off with a middle position between the on and the off. I am not sure what the on and off mean a better marking would be Max and Min aperture. So it is easy to set the aperture to either the maximum or minimum aperture, but a bit hit and miss at what aperture is selected in the middle position.

Compared to the Novoflex adapter it is much cheaper, 1/5 the price and does the same job. The only question is will the tight fit remain in some months time?
