To sharpen a blade, simply secure the sharpener with the in-built suction pad, by setting it on a flat surface and pulling the lever down to create suction. Draw your knife, from base to tip, through the Kitchen Shark knife sharpener between 3 and 5 times, applying light to medium pressure. Your knife will be as sharp, or sharper, than when it was new! Ensure to wipe the blade with a cloth or damp sponge prior to use.
