Fits perfectly on my key ring so it's always with me, and I can carry my data with me, and being of metal construction it's pretty robust. I got the 32GB version and it holds a huge amount of data, and it's USB 3.0, with lightening fast data transfer. Being cap-less, there's no danger.of you losing the cap, and it simply plugs in directly to the USB port on your laptop or PC.
It's tiny size means it doesn't take up too much space, either on your key ring or when plugged into your laptop/PC, which is particularly useful when using with laptops when there's not much space available for plugging in USB/peripheral devices. As the price of data storage has fallen, it makes it much more affordable to be able to store and transfer large amounts of data. This is a low cost cost storage device - not the cheapest flash drive, but by no means the most expensive.
It doesn't have data encryption or other tools that are often bundled with flash drives these days (though you can encrypt your data on it), but my take is that if your data is something that's top secret or sensitive it's not really a good idea to carry it round on something that could potentially get lost. Most people realistically don't need high level encryption, but if you want to keep prying eyes from your files, either password protect your files or the folder they're in with a strong password.
All in all, a solid little flash drive (and I mean little! That such a small device holds 32GB of data really is a modern miracle) that's well worth the money, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.
