I followed the instructions to the letter. It is necessary for the main pipe from which branches connect to each pot to run downhill so bear this in mind. I spent ages connecting everything together and ran down my back wall from high to low. Apart from a few drips from first 2 dripper - nothing. Spent half a day fiddling and trying different things to no avail - the water wouldn't flow and no obvious blockages. I've contacted manufacturer for advice but at this moment I've wasted a day of my life I won't get back !

Pipe is fine, but the BSP 3/4" irrigation connector is terrible and needs replacing with an alternative I found on ebay. This is because the pipe pops out under high pressure.

The drippers can often pop off too. I find superglue solves that but I can't help feeling that it could have been made better, perhaps with a wider wedge or a screw design.

The description on Amazon implies that it can be used for hanging baskets and tubs but in fact it's ok for one hanging basket but if the second one is higher than the first the water does not carry. I bought 2 of these and a double tap adaptor to go round both sides of my house. It isn't until you read the small print in the instructions that it tells you that it works by gravity and therefore you cannot go up to a hanging basket, down to some tubs and then back up to amother hanging basket. I would never have bought it if this was mentioned in the original product description. An absolute waste of time and money

Complete rubbish,don't buy.I work as a head gardener on a large estate,we use all sorts of irrigation ,but this brand is not good enough.Waste of money,cheap quality,drippers will pop out at any time.It's made of sturdy plastic which doesn't grip around connectors or drippers so you will end up with fountain at first connection or dripper point.DON'T BUY.
