KS2 (Key Stage 2) Maths presents maths exercises for kids aged 10-11 years. Thousands of maths exercise are available to practice which kids will like and will enjoys learning. There are various of maths exercises to develop various mathematical skills required at this age. There are different sets of exercises for primary school Year 5 and Year 6. All the topics and questions have been prepared according to UK upper Key Stage 2 curriculum.

The principal focus of mathematics teaching in upper key stage 2 is to ensure that pupils extend their understanding of the number system and place value to include larger integers. This should develop the connections that pupils make between multiplication and division with fractions, decimals, percentages and ratio. At this stage, pupils should develop their ability to solve a wider range of problems, including increasingly complex properties of numbers and arithmetic, and problems demanding efficient written and mental methods of calculation.
I bought this for my son in Yr5. There are a huge number of tests available covering all elements of KS2 maths. I do think that some of the questions are rather difficult. However this does tell you whether the answer is correct or incorrect, as well as an explanation, so it is a good learning tool. Each question has a possible 4 answers in a multiple choice format. My only criticism is that the answer buttons are too small, which makes it easy to accidentally press the wrong answer.
The main drawback is that you have to be logged into to your amazon appstore account to use this. There is no PIN/password to authorize payments in amazon store [unlike Google play where you can specify to enter password before any transactions]. I cannot trust my children not to make any expensive transactions with me logged in and with my card details stored. If this can be made to play without amazon appstore login it would be much better.
It is good game and it helps me because I have my SATS in May and this is a game to play before but I started year 6 about 5 weeks ago, anyway lets talk about it. It's good but I haven't studied all of them like geometry of circles so I will use it close to when I have to do my first maths test.
Good coverage but fonts for questions too small even though there is a lot of room on the screen for my tablet. Lags somewhat when my son presses the answer buttons and this is on my Tegra Note which handles top end games smoothly!
