I have owned her for about 2 1/2 years now, I also have the blender, mini mill,
pasta, ice maker, and food processor.
The machine works wonders, very powerful, I use it mainly for pastry and cake
making but have cooked some savoury on it too.
The food processor and blender attachments work well, they are not great in that,
they have some limitations, but they do the job mostly.
The pasta roller is very very good.
The ice maker is ok I think, but probably better models out there and I am demanding on this.
(as a catering pro, it is very difficult to obtain pristine texture ice creams in
domestic ice cream makers in general)
The best functionality would be for me, the mixer.
Great power, and my main use as I am pastry and sweet professional /studious,
for which I would recommend if you are serious about this.
If you only dabble, don't bother.
If you only cook savoury dishes but are serious, then better get also a cook, rather
than an assistant (get the KM070 or your thermomix type of machine)
