Top Customer Reviews

Format: Paperback
The author has gathered several cases of somewhat bizarre murders in the state of Kentucky. These were all unknown to me and made for interesting reading.

The book was slightly marred by several typographical errors. Kevin, if you are depending on beta readers, they aren't cutting it. Please consider a real proofreader.

If you are interested in reading about true crime but you're tired of getting the same set of crimes being recycled, give this book a try.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sad cases but a great book 5 Jun. 2015
By Kindle Customer - Published on Amazon.com

First of all this author has done a great job putting these cases into a book. I have lived in KY for a few years now and drove down some parts of these streets and had no idea a crime happened so close. All sad cases but the one that really will stick with me is the case of little Joey who was two and a half years old. This book is easy to read and easy to follow. Every case grabs your attention to the point I could not put my kindle down. Great book and a must read

Eh not a bad read. It was an in between book for me as I couldn't decide what book to buy next and this one was short so I bought it. I'm not big on books like this because it's not rich in detail. I prefer the whole picture of a region and in depth insight of the all the main characters in the story. But if you like short ditties about a bunch of murder and mayhem in a quick read, this is the book for you.

3.0 out of 5 stars Kentucky Murder Stories 16 Oct. 2015
By Kindle Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
It's hard to write a review of individual stories about murder. They all were tragic in their own way. What I got out of them was that everyone has their own crosses to bear when it comes to personal family issues. What makes these stories sad is the overwhelming evidence that your loved one is either very sick or just tremendously angry. Their reluctance to acknowledge this and do what needed to be done to ensure everyone's safety caused them to lose their lives in despicable ways. Tremendously heartbreaking.
