By replacing traditional poles with Kelty's inflatable AirPoles, these out-sized shelters set up in under a minute with an included high volume, dual-action floor pump. An integrated rain-fly further simplifies set-up while removable "sleep rooms" add versatility. Large vestibules provide ample storage and a place to escape the weather. This bundle includes the footprint to protect the underside of your AirPitch tent from damage and wear. Features include Taped seams, Internal storage pockets, Noiseless zipper pulls, Hanging Sleep room, Enclosed vestibule, High and low fly vents, Guyout points and Guyline storage pockets.
By replacing traditional poles, Kelty AirPitch technology speeds set up and take down, giving you more time to roast marshmallows and kick back with family and friends. Simply use the included dual-action, high volume floor pump and in less than a minute your home-away-from-home is ready . No poles to assemble and no separate rain-fly to install. And when it’s time to go home, just pull the plug and these tents take themselves down.

Got the tent set out last week ready for our outing this weekend and all good however, after the first night on site the rear beam developed a split right on the seam at the bottom, looks like a manufacturing issue where the inner air beam is pressed and melted together. Managed a temp fix by rolling the inner beam over the hole and using gaffa tape to seal the deal.
Searching the web for uk based spares doesn't yield any results. Don't want to think I've wasted a few hundred quid for 3 outings.
Please don't rely on this tent or make sure you have a puncture repair kit and tape JIC.
Putting up is easy just put the ground sheet out first then peg the four corners in then pump up pegging out the rest of the tent as you pump and the whole tent just springs up so fast took about 2/12 mins to be up and pegged out with two of us
I have to,say the thickness of the airpoles really will hold up to any wind and with the added ground sheet the tent looks brill and seems to be water tight
It has loads of space and is very wide as only 2 people use it
The zip up pole access points can be used to put a electric hook up into your tent with ease
As the tent is thin and the colour is a light grey when you have lights on in your tent at night it really stands out as the tent glows from the lights inside you really could not lose your tent at night lol
It's only losing a point due to the sleeping area being made of fly venting so on cold nights it can get a bit chilly in the sleeping area
Luckily I found this out in my back yard. So disappointed in this product. Kelty need to do much, much better.
Until they come up with a way of fixing these splits, I wouldn't buy this tent again.
The tent itself is more or less OK. Very thin material, which won't last very long once exposed to the elements.
The worst of it though is the tubing. It has 2 tubes, A read one, which u bends from one side to the other and also holds up the back and a front tube which holds up the porch part.
Although you can't actually see the tubes, as the cover zips are held locked with plastic ties, they seem very very thin.
Anyway I put the tent up in January when I got it and it went up OK. Stayed up all day before I took it down so I thought it would be OK, even though not a patch on my all well one, which has stood up to very very bad UK weather and heatwave conditions with no problem whatsoever.
Anyway, to cut long story short, took this tent out on a one nighter on June and it did OK. Took it out this weekend, Lasted 24 hours before the rear tube blew and the whole back deflated (There are no valves to stop this happening. It's one big long tube, so if it goes, it goes). All instructions were followed. Didn't over inflate it, no sharp objects/ground, flat suface, etc and I am quite experienced with inflatable tents anyway so I do know what I'm doing.
I was forced to pack in the middle of the night, packing everything away and drive back home on a 3 hour night drive as it was impossible to fix the problem or stay.
I have lost all faith in this product (which doesn't inspire a huge amount of it to start with, but was prepared to give it the benefit of the doubt) so have requested a refund form Amazon as it is clearly not up to the task.
If I could give it no stars, it would be too many. Alas, I am forced to give it a star.... But I really don't want to.
