I couldn't be more pleased with this rucksack, definitely the best I have ever owned. Great to find such a high quality item with traditional side pockets that are big enough!oozing with quality, and very well designed.

Sturdy daysac but like most daysacs this size the waist strap on a 6 ft person is just above the waist so not really fit for support & more to prevent the daysac moving around your back if you happen to be scrambling over steep rocks. I personally would remove it if I could, but I can't so I have strapped it around the front so it is out of the way. The 2 side large zipped pockets above the side pouches is a great idea to carry larger items like selfie sticks, maps, axes. I would prefer if there were some fasteners on the front straps to keep the buckle near to the top of daysac. Solidly built & will take some punishment. A petty annoying thing is that I have a karabiner attached to the front hard plastic loop on one of the shoulder straps & when running, this makes an annoying noise so I have had to sniper tape the loop. Good that it has a clip for a water hose. I have used several daysacs & have never really found one that I was really happy with. This daysac is good, but I would still be on a lookout for others.

This bag is very well made and it looks very resistant. I guess the size is more than enough for a weekend trip. Until now I have had use it only once on a 17 km trip and it was a very good experience, the shape of the bag really helps carrying weight.

Bought this to hike Hadrian's Wall across England. It performed great, was comfortable and carried everything I needed. I didn't camp, but had to carry foul weather gear, food, water, and a week's worth of clothing.
