His revolutionary Fast 800 programme has now become a worldwide phenomenon, inspiring millions of people to live healthier, better quality lives.

Buying a couple more for Christmas gifts .
Definitely recommend.
I'm a great follower of Dr Michael Mossley. His background is in science. He has written many books and produced many tv programmes. I'm very interested in the subjects he writes and talks about. He also appears on social media platforms too. With little snippets of interesting information.
The book in question is a reference book, and I purchased it at a bargain price half price. A great bargain and it would make a wonderful gift too. The book talks about little steps and small changes one can make in their lives. I look forward to reading it in greater detail.
