If you like rock stars then this is the book for you..
I loved the characters, Dee made it so easy for the reader to fall in love with them, and boy did I fall in love with them.
Amelia is a author & is literally dragged out by her best friend belle to see the famous rock band BAD, belle is a journalist & has been sent to interview them for the magazine that she works for.
As soon as Amelia meets them you can see the fireworks bouncing off her & sawyer, but it soon becomes clear that sawyers twin brother wants her for himself.
Is hard to write any more without putting spoilers in & I really don't want to spoil it for you, I will say it's a book that's not to be missed
Dee had my full attention from the first page, I honestly couldn't put the book down, I will say tho that has hell of a cliff hanger so be warned, it's definately a OMG moment & will make you hate Dee just a little bit
Being kissed by Sawyer made me believe in the devil. There’s no way someone can make me feel that good and turn me on that fast without being completely damning to my soul. I’ve never felt like that before, and I’m sure I’ll never feel it again.
No doesn’t just mean no when a woman says it to a man. It also means no when a man says it to a woman. You’d do yourself a favor to remember that.
You’re worried about losing me, but I’m worried about losing you. When you’re not around, I struggle to breathe.
…love is infinite. It is the one constant thing that makes the world a better place. You come in with it and you hopefully die with it. There’s no limit on love, not on the amount you can give, the amount you can receive, and surely never on how fast you can feel it.
Shortly after I began reading Side A, I knew with startling certainty that this series was going to turn me inside out. This was my first foray into D. Kelly’s work and I found her writing to be sharp and finely honed on all emotional levels, lushly descriptive, and masterfully woven into an intriguing, intricately detailed, and carefully erected tale that kept me entertained, engrossed, and deeply entrenched. Despite ending on a vile cliffhanger, I’m am eager to re-immerse myself back into the characters’ story as I already have the next two books (The B Side, and EP) within my grasp. Otherwise, I would most likely be stamping my little foot, spewing invectives, and having a major Veruca Salt meltdown.
The timeline flows back and forth as Amelia, the narrator, delves through her memories and relives events from two years prior when her life radically changed upon meeting and start her work with a successful rock band. The storyline was well-balanced and full of feels that alternated between emotive, amusing, sensual, and highly intriguing scenarios. I was captivated and fascinated by the entire ensemble of characters, and although I am anxious to unravel all the mysteries and absorb the rest of the tale, I strongly suspect I am going to enjoy the journey just as much as the satisfaction of knowing the outcome.
Very well written and flowed easy. Drawn straight into the story and so much to mean about each of the character's
(Sorry I don't want to give any spoilers in my review) This is a book anyone can take a chance with.. recommended!

BAD consist of two twin brothers, Noah & Sawyer, Darren, and Wyatt - the only married one of the twenty-eight year olds. After reading the blurb I have to admit that I was hoping for more. You know Amelia is going to fall for one of the twins, but I just didn't feel the connection between her and Noah at all. Dare I say it ... he was too perfect, everything you don't imagine a rockstar to be. I hoped as the book went on that she'd realise she was playing it safe with him while ignoring the more obvious chemistry she had with Sawyer. Character growth and change is what elevates an ok book to an amazing book for me, and it was lacking here for my personal tastes. Maybe I'm being too impatient and it will come in books two or three of the series, hopefully it will come in book two or I might not read the last installment. While it was well written on the whole, I found the excessive use of "softly" off-putting - everyone whispered softly or spoke softly, multiple times, and a good editor would encourage other descriptives to save the repetition.
This ended on a cliff-hanger, which I don't mind, it's to be expected in a series as you need a hook to get readers to pick up the next book, but it didn't invoke the emotions I should have from it which means I haven't got behind these characters or their love story yet. All in all for me this was more of a sweet romance book than a rock star novel and didn't live up to the potential I thought it was going to have based on the unusual and creative premise behind it.
This was a 3.5 stars for me - While I didn't love it, I am intrigued enough to want to know how it all ends, so I'll likely try the next book - mostly for Sawyer as he was the character who had the most potential. That said much as I'd have preferred Amelia to pick Sawyer, a far more interesting and flawed character than his brother, with plenty room for character growth and change, I'll admit I'll be turned off the read if she does actually end up switching her affections. Sleeping with two brothers is on my top three of "grosses me out" list!
