Jules is a Colour Consultant and Stylist and feels passionately about helping people to look and feel their best through colour and style. As "The Colour Counsellor" she looks at the psychology of how wearing certain colours affects our moods and emotions releasing feel-good hormones that help us to be happier, more confident and increase well-being. For instance wearing blue will help to calm you down in stressful situations and is the best colour for all forms of communication and mediation. Red however, releases adrenalin and will give you energy if feeling tired or run down and projects an image of drive and passion. Jules enjoys lecturing at schools and runs presentations and workshops for corporate companies and charities. She has written two books having qualified as a freelance journalist and been on international radio and UK television many times. She loves to share her knowledge and highlight how transformational colour can be in our lives.
