I love juices for being such an easy and quick way to get a load of fruit and vegetables into each day. This is a useful book for anyone new to juicing with lots of information on its benefits, equipment etc. It gives some great recipes many of which can be whizzed up in a standard blender or food processor with no need for a bespoke juicer.
If you’re unsure about vegetable juices then the apple/cucumber/celery/fennel might be a good one to try, or cucumber/celery/pear/honeydew/lemon/ginger. My new favourite is cucumber/pineapple/lemon/coconut – and many of the citrus and sweet fruit juices (orange/pineapple/blueberry, apple/pear/melon/grape) are great dessert substitutes served over ice.
Excellent whether you are new or an experienced juicer.
