In 2008, after years of teaching and personal development work, I took my life-long kitchen love affair and passion for natural healing to Florida to train as a Hippocrates Health Educator at the Hippocrates Health Institute. I learned about raw and living foods while gaining profoundly improved wellness myself. Since then I have created these recipes. I continue to love the challenge of conjuring up healthful dishes that look nearly as good as they taste and helping people to get into these new ways of eating through presentations, workshops and individual mentoring. This food sustains me and brings joy.
