J304E/J304/J304A
The Judge J304/J304E/J304A saucepan can be confusing so let me try to explain. The J304E is a tall saucepan with a non-stick Excalibur coating. The J304 is a tall saucepan without the non-stick and the J304A is a shorter saucepan without the non-stick coating. I made the mistake of ordering the J304A when I should have ordered the J304 but I will be keep it because returning it is too much hastle for me. The photo shows the height difference between the taller J304E and a J304A. There's also a J304S which is the same as a J304 but has come from a set so may not be boxed. All three saucepans are very nice.

    This works well on my induction hob, heating quickly and simmering gently. The glass lid is ideal to see when you may need to quickly reduce the heat, or turn it up when required. Lips on either side of the pan are good for releasing steam as well as pouring. The lid has a deep rim incorporating a useful strainer. The pan and lid both come out of the dishwasher gleaming like new. The smaller sizes are great for a smaller household.

    Just had delivery of this Judge Pan. It is renowned for its build quality. I like the drainage holes on each side. I have used and still use the Judge brand kitchenware for their solid construction. Most of my kitchen cookwares are Judge and are still in use after many years. For those looking to purchase quality cookware would do well to read up on Judge. Yes their are far more expensive cookwares brand names about if you can afford them but I prefer this brand which is affordable and so strong with a 25yr guarantee. Highly recommended.
