I am a slim built man and can only fasten it on the last but one hole. This makes the second 'keeper' loose and useless and the buckle sits almost on the side of my wrist. This causes the watch to slip around my wrist and requires constant adjustment.
I have quite a watch collection but this is the smallest strap of them all by far.
I bought another standard strap for £20 and it now fits perfectly.
The watch is really nice but the domed crystal and/or scratch resistant coating causes the distinctive black face to turn blue at certain angles which ruins the look in my opinion.
I can live with the colour changing face but fitting a man's watch of this price with such a tiny strap is unbelievable and it is the disappointment, inconvenience and expense of changing the strap that makes me leave only 3 stars.
Changing the crystal and strap would make it 5 stars.
Looks - This watch looks great in the metal. I was slightly nervous about ordering based only on pictures, but it actually looks a lot nicer in reality than in the pictures. Suffice to say that this watch arrived a week ago, and I've worn it every day since.
Feel - The watch case has a nice heft to it, although with the leather strap the watch as a whole is light on the wrist. Overall feel is of a very high quality product. The strap feels very nice.
Size - As my stainless banded watches just seemed to get bigger and bigger, this watch makes a nice change. It is a nice size. You would never call it 'small', but it goes against the trend of being overly large.
Value - Amazon had this for £165 when I picked it up, and it's a lot of watch for the money. It really does feel like a quality product that you would gladly pay a lot more for.
Time keeping - I understand that the movement in this watch is the same as used by Citizen, and so far it hasn't lost even 1 second (I synchronized it to my PC when it arrived, and they are both still ticking past the minutes at exactly the same time). It has only been a week, so I will update the review after a month or two, but so far I'm impressed.
The strap could be a little short if you have a very big wrist.
That's about it, if I'm being picky the function buttons operate with a bit of a 'clicky' feel, nothing wrong with the way they function, but the action is a little lightweight compared with the quality feel of the rest of the watch. This is really nit-picking though, as it is far from a deal breaker.
5 stars, a great looking, great feeling watch. A quality product. Recommended.
Read a few reviews before I bought it. A few mentioned the strap being short but I buy longer straps and this one fits fine. I only bought this Jorg with the Miyota OS20 (made by Citizen) rather than the more expensive Swiss movement, and the OS20, so far, keeps perfect time. A number of people mentioned that on occasions the face of the watch looks blue (reflection from the glass) - yes it does, but I don't think it spoils the look the watch in any way.
Nice and expensive looking watch.
