When I bought this book on recommendation and I must admit I had my apprehensions. After reading this book I was very impressed with some of the suggestions/observation that John Lees mentions. I have got my confidence back and by making some adjustments in my Interview technique I am now a very confident and a strong candidate. It is one of the best self help books that I have read in years.

A Excellent book on handling the Job Interviews and answering the difficult questions that are asked during the interview. I would suggest that you read the book everyday. Also If you are suddenly invited to an interview. You can prepare for the interview the night before. The Author John Lees is a career coach and he used to train and mentor recruitment consultants.I highly recommend this book
