Now an enthusiastically homeless vagabond, Jerry Dubs has published five novels, the most recent being "The Forest of Myrrh," the third novel in a planned four-book series about Imhotep.
In late 2012, he and his wife sold or gave away all of their furniture, books, records, CD, DVDs, winter clothing, knick-knacks and television. Everything they own now fits into their Honda Civic. They are wandering the southeast in search of warm weather and well-kept tennis courts. You can peek in on their meandering life at http://jerrydubs.blogspot.com/
He has written five novels. "Imhotep" is a time-travel romance that transports three Americans to ancient Egypt. "The Buried Pyramid" provides a setting for "Imhotep" and also continues the story of the main character. "The Forest of Myrrh" continues the story of Imhotep, taking him to a new era of ancient Egypt. "The Earth Is My Witness" is a multi-layered mystery flavored with a dash of Buddhism and Existentialism. "Kaleidoscope" is a (almost) murder mystery that bounces between parallel universes.
He is working on a fourth, and final, novel set in ancient Egypt.
