Contrary to what the boxes say, you can make Jell-O puddings up with plant based milks to make them vegan, you just have to reduce the quantity of milk (start with half the quantity and go from there, adding a tablespoon at a time). I made it up with almond milk (multiple allergy household) using about 1 and a quarter cups of milk, which might be part of the reason I couldn't cope with the level of artificial/chemical flavour as it was obviously more concentrated.
If chemical-ly flavours are your thing and you've got some weight to shift (only a couple syns a portion made up with almond milk!) then you may enjoy this, but as for me, I'll be sticking with the Simply Delish brand zero sugar puddings as they're much tastier and mix more readily with plant based milks.
