I had thought this may taste like angel delight and being on a restrictive diet i thought i would try it as a treat. I truly wish i hadn't bothered. This is artificial through and through, the colour is a lurid orange which put me off to begin with but i muddled through to taste some. I was hit with artificalness from the start, even the aroma was fake. The taste is highly unpleasant and leaves an awful aftertaste, the sort you get with many of the older sweeteners on the market. I hadn't expected this to taste amazing, clearly i knew i was buying an artificial pudding here but i had not expected it taste this bad. There are so many other better options out there, sugar free angel delight for one and simply delish puddings- which have the bonus of being able to use vegan milks in.
It is my fault for hoping that something artificial would actually be with it but truly this is one to steer clear of, i would have thought form such an iconic brand as jell-o that it would have been very different but their choice of ingredients just goes to show this aims to cash in on its sugar free status and not on its actual taste.

Awful. Packaging all broken and had to throw away. Complete waste of money

5.0 out of 5 stars Skip the sugar, but stick with this tried-and-true brand 11 Nov. 2014
By LegoGirl - Published on Amazon.com
Pudding is a pantry staple! Not just a quick and easy dessert, I add pudding mix to cakes and other treat recipes. I began using the sugar–free versions just for the kids, but then decided to go all sugar–free since the taste is just as good as the higher-calorie originals.

Note: I have tried numerous store brands of instant pudding, and there is absolutely a difference in the texture and taste. Although I use an immersion blender to whip, the store brands never come to a completely smooth liquid and specks of powder seem to permeate the pudding.

This is an example of a product where the brand makes a difference. Jell-o is the only way to go!

5.0 out of 5 stars Sugar free DELISH 12 Dec. 2015
By Almost Dragonfly - Published on Amazon.com
I LOVE this stuff! I make my own Greek yogurt, (it's SUPER easy! ),and I like to make it extra thick. One day, I mixed some yogurt with cheesecake pudding powder, and it came out the same consistency as regular cheesecake. I make it all the time now, and eat with Ritz crackers. I love that an entire box had only 100 calories! It's not easy to find in some stores, but Walmart does carry it.
The butterscotch is great for a Butterfinger smoothie! 8oz skim milk, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1tsp each of sf butterscotch pudding, and PB2 powdered peanut butter, and ice. Blend and enjoy!

Love this! Hard to find even at larger grocery stores for some reason, so I turned to Amazon. Make it with skim milk and it will keep you from eating something far more fattening when you crave a refreshing treat. Great flavor -- add a little healthy truwhip, and you'll never know you are dieting! This honestly has helped me lose 30 pounds over the course of one full year and get me to my healthy weight.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Base for Eggnog Pudding 21 Oct. 2014
By Southern Gal - Published on Amazon.com
I use the sugar free cheesecake pudding as a base for eggnog pudding. I sub 1/4 cup of the milk with sugar free egg nog syrup, then add a touch of nutmeg. Helps with my cravings for eggnog, which I can't have b/c of the sugar. The cheesecake flavor gives it that touch of richness that good eggnog has. Mmmm, think I'll go mix some up right now.
