The is a classic. It is a well written resource that provides an antidote to the current environment of packaged care and set formal therapies. I recommend to anyone involved with working with people.

5.0 out of 5 stars in perfect condition. Great stuff 19 July 2016

Let me start over. The book arrived on 7/19, ahead of schedule, in perfect condition. Great stuff! Haley provides great insight into some of Erickson's more esoteric concepts---great companion to the other volumes I have---and as I was reading I suddenly flashed back to the time when I played semipro baseball. The person who introduced me to some of these new ideas was my incredible pitching coach who was an active major league pitcher and who had more up his sleeve besides his arm, and I will always remember how it helped me. I'm still learning!

3.0 out of 5 stars Milton Erickson the Great Master 30 Nov. 2013

This movie was good, but could have been much better. For a man who has been noted as perhaps the best hypnotherapist and psychiatrist of the century, this movie really did not do much to persuade viewers. Milton Erickson has been studied and restudied by hundreds and even thousands of people. I think it is time for another much more persuasive movie depicting his true greatness.
