A great book that has given me some new ways to look at JS and is well worth the read. Keep in mind that some of the code takes some time to understand and you may not fly through the book like you would with many other JS books. It's worth taking the extra time to understand it though. Figuring out how that Y-Combinator works was a hell of an exercise for my brain but very cool.
good book, not an easy read. For kindle format: 1 line of text is missing from most pages which is very frustrating. if you change the size of your text you can see the missing line. Using a Kindle 3.4
Soon became one of my favorite programming books. It is an enlightening tour of functional programming, like sitting down at the breakfast table with an intelligent friend and being patiently led through a series of aha moments!
