Jason is a Chartered Fellow of both the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and The Personal Finance Society and a Certified Financial Planner. Jason was awarded the Tony Sellon Memorial Prize for outstanding contribution to the development of the financial planning profession in 2001 and is a visiting lecturer on financial planning and an honorary Fellow of Northampton University.
Jason had a successful 25 year career as financial adviser to a number of successful families and individuals. In 2015 he sold his interest in Bloomsbury Wealth Management, the award-winning wealth management firm which he founded in 1998. He now focuses on speaking and writing about personal financial planning issues. His regular 'The Wealthman' column appears in the weekend edition of The Financial Times
Jason lives in rural Suffolk with his wife, two daughters, two dogs and two horses and spends much of his spare time fitness training and playing the piano.
