Jarrod Kimber was born and bred in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne into a family of cricket fundamentalists. Kimber didn't finish highschool, but did work for a cult, as a car park attendant and for an Airline. Eventually he became a film maker and cricket writer at his blog, cricket with balls. He has written for the Guardian, Daily Telegraph, Times, the Cricketer, Crikey, Dawn and Wisden. Appeared on BBC, CNN, ABC and ESPN. Currently he is global writer for ESPNcricinfo and is working on documentaries. Kimber provided the cover image for P Diddy's "Last Train to Paris" album and is still working on his Godzilla vs the zombies screenplay.
