This exercise dvd is a very good workout and a person starting off doing aerobics would find it easy to follow. I had the vhs 20 years ago and did this regularly. I love it

I did her routines when in my twenties and still love them in my fifties!! If I was to be critical, she is sometimes not good about telling you that the move has changed, so you have to watch and learn! She is also a bit quiet at times. On the upside though, this is a really good workout, which challenged me and feels very effective. I also have the 'New Workout dvd, so it is great to ring the changes.

Was so pleased to see Jane Fonda was releasing her workouts on DVD. I had this on video 20 plus years ago. I am thoroughly enjoying it and recommend it to everyone. What I like about her workouts is she takes the class, she doesn't get a personal trainer to instruct she tells you what to do while she is doing it. Can't wait to get my figure back

A fantastic Workout I lost many pounds many years ago with this low impact DVD different cover but the same results.

very good one of her best - the music is fun and all the dance moves are all low impact, but give a very good workout

I got this when it came out, and it was always terrifically effective. Still is. I had to get a new copy because basically the daily use for 15 years of the old one wore it out. And me! But I'm now back in the low impact groove at 64. It works. See my previous review.

This is so easy to follow and results are excellent! Use four times per week (or more if you wish) and the results should be to your liking

It is low impact which is good for indoors, continual jumping around can annoy the neighbours and loosen floorboards anyway lol.

I would recommend this video.

I have a neck condition so cannot do high impact stuff anymore. Janes workouts are dated obviously but she gets results and this is very safe but brings the heart rate up well with good warming up and cooling down and all in just around 40 mins which you can do while the dinner is cooking etc.It also incorporates the whole body so arms get a good busting and,as it is low impact, you won't upset the neighbours downstairs if you live in a flat! This is pure aerobic though so you might want to do some other toning stuff on alternate days :)
