Three fantastic Jan van Haasteren puzzles in one box - great for puzzlers who enjoy colourful, busy and perhaps a bit chaotic jigsaws. Jan is known for his humorous drawings, famous for having more people than you would ever expect to see in a puzzle! In this box you will find three 1000 piece jigsaws.
'Carnival' - Obviously a very special parade with dignitaries on the balcony watching the scene - although one is playing tennis with the man next door. Lots of spectators enjoying the scene - including a bear and an ostrich. The dinosaur on the float has a mobile phone in his hand - perhaps he is talking to the little green alien. As with all Jan's drawings what at first glance seems a fairly ordinary scene, soon yields all sorts of visual jokes.
'Friday the 13th': How many accidents came happen in a small area? Quite a few, it seems! The careless discarding of a banana skin has started a slew of accidents, and what is happening in the park?
'Fun Around the Pool' - The pool is definitely full, but still people are trying to get in. Where is the gentleman on the springboard going to land? Perhaps the octopus could move to one side? Of course there are lots of crazy happenings going on - what else would you expect from Jan van Haasteren?
Most of Jan's fans will immediately search for his trademark - the shark's fin - featured in every puzzle. But you can also for look for Jan's other favourites - Saint Nicholas, The Hands, The Dentures and a self-portrait of Jan - that can be seen in nearly all of his puzzles. But if you have never puzzled a Jan van Haasteren before, then be sure to look out for these things.
Each completed 1000 piece puzzle measures 68 x 49cm (approximately).
