HASH(0x9853f588) out of 5 stars Disappointing 11 Sept. 2009

Being a fan of the Jackie Chan Adventures cartoon on TV back when it aired, I was excited when I heard that they had a manga series coming out. It would have been cool to see original art showing the JCA story, but no. What's in here? Screencaptures of the TV show. Yes. If you buy this book, you're paying for a little book full of screenshots from the show. I had been prepared to buy the rest of the series, but once I opened this, I was suddenly very glad that I had not bought the entire series. The JCA mags from the UK had decent art and pictures, I don't know why they couldn't have hired a few artists here to make this so-called manga.
