Top Customer Reviews
First impressions in the shop are good (why I bought one of course) initially it sounds good with a decent amount of bass, but when you get it home and have it on for longer time periods the bass gets annoying as it is in reality too boomy. The amount of bass is not adjustable other than by the EQ settings , which are all a bit rubbish, so even when left on "flat" its all a bit too much. Also the functionality is poor. A very old fashioned and poorly laid out remote makes it extremely hard to change pre-set channels, each change becomes a 3 button affair, and the buttons are very small and not laid out in a logical fashion. Most of them need pressing more than once as well which is very annoying, even the volume control is like that.
On the up-side the DAB tuner finds plenty of stations and the CD player works fine but the Bluetooth is a very clunky system and takes a while to connect each time (even if it has been paired before)
In summary - not bad for £120 , but I really wish I'd spent more and bought a Yamaha !
