About the Author
Elizabeth Ivory was born in Glasgow, Scotland. One thing is obvious the moment you meet her, whatever she is doing works. She has earned the reputation of being someone who shines from the inside out and is a shining example of what she teaches. At a very young age Elizabeth had the opportunity to become a victim of her traumatic circumstances but instead she chose to use them as a huge catalyst for personal transformation which has culminated in her writing this book. Elizabeth has the best qualification imaginable "real life experience" She has also studied extensively many varied forms or transformational therapies from NLP, to Reiki to Hypnosis and the more adventurous Firewalking. However although these all were useful in their own way it wasn't until Elizabeth and her partner Richard Wilkins created Broadband Consciousness that she discovered "who she really was" and this was the discovery that changed everything . . .

Also getting rid of the script is great, but the book seemed not to cover growth and change and personal responsibility. Just because the script is gone does not necessarily mean that no further growth is necessary. I wasn't totally convinced by the sentiment that we are perfect as we are, it would be terribly hard to live with someone who thinks they are perfect and can never apologise or recognise a need for growth.
Liz rounds off her book with "This is just a taster of how we raise people's consciousness on the course" . . . so basically then, if I want to know how Liz & Richard teaches how to tame our Script reading this book is futile for only a 5 day BC course may reveal their 'secret'. What started as an interesting subject turned into an annoying infomercial for their course . . . . THIS is why I don't like the book - and I'm only taking about the book, - not any ideas they may have about taming our Script.
So save your money and your time, - everything in this book is already online on Richard Wilkins' Youtube channel.
I also loved the chapter from people who have taken part in the course that is the original basis of the book. It was really interesting to read what they were saying and I am now quite intrigued about the course.
I think this would be really useful for all of you out there who give yourself a hard time for not doing everything right - that's most people then!!!
As for the book, it's written from the heart as much as the head. Liz outlines her traumas which makes for difficult reading but is important in the context of the book. The Script and sausage machine are nothing short of genius
Is this scientifically proven? Is it backed by 200 years of university research? Has it been tested in a lab? Err, no! It's much better than that. It's been road tested by Richard, Liz and thousands of real people who've attended their fab seminars
Well done Liz
This book is about resetting the programs you have been running in your brain and realising that it's okay to mess up because you've been handed a set of instructions on how to think and live but they are fundamentally flawed. We just don't realise it because most people are using the same instruction manual.
This book tells part of Liz's amazing story and how she nearly ruined her life because of reading the wrong instructions. I heartily recommend this book if you feel anything in your life is out of balance or just feels wrong somehow. Like things are supposed to be this way.
