At last - an authentic crooner who does it like they used to in the days of Matt Monro and Tony Bennett. What a sensational voice. I discovered him via the Mail On Sunday free CD and then badgered a friend in the record business to find me a copy to listen to because I couldn't wait. Highlights are A MAN WITHOUT LOVE (the Italian / English version) and COME PRIMA but there are no disappointments anywhere. Now I'm keeping my eyes open for a DVD!! Patrizio you're a star signore!

After listening to the voice of Patrizio, the 26 years old gentleman, who released his first debut album, The Italian, singing in italian and english the greatest songs of ever, have to tell, that it sounds and amazes that you never wanna listen those songs in the "old original version" anymore, 'cause his voice charms and makes them more essential, passionate and greater than ever!!! Definiately you have to have it!!!

I bought this cd not knowing anything about the artist, and I can say that it is one of the best buys, he has a great voice, and the songs are easy to listen to, infact at times you find that you are singing along with him. (lets hope that he cant hear me) If you want to be happy just put on patrizio and sit back.

Feeling a bit down, I decided to listen to Patrizo's new CD. Talk about lifting my spirits, the Album gave me a lovely warm feeling afterwards. He has an outstanding voice, the choice of songs are excellent and his rendition of Speak Softly Love from the Godfather(Parla Piu Piano) is brilliant. He definately captures the feeling from the Godfather films...
All in all, a good album and one that I play daily...

Patrizio takes you back to the classic '50s with the love songs on The Italian. A rich voice supports his dashing good looks, and you can't help but wish he were singing them to you in person. Mostly in English, though with some Italian numbers, you will not be able to take this CD out of your system. Sure to go down as a classic in its own right.

for lovers of Italian music everywhere and those whose favorite film is The Godfather (the track Parla Piu Piano is from the film) a must have album - full of energy, feeling and romance, wonderful to listen to and to dance to. And, Patrizio is very good to look at too!
