Must be one of the more extensive books written over a subject from such a small area. What you do not find here about Islay is not worth knowing....

I purchased this book for a friend who has a love of Islay Whisky.
He has many books on distilleries on Islay but this gives you the history of the island something a little bit different. It is a well constructed book in everything "Islay" with some stunning photo's to enhance the written word. A must have for those out there who are thinking of a visit, great value for your money.
